November 29th, 2009 at 7:10 pmEveryone should know that if you see “meat and bone meal”…the “meat” and “bone” can be from any animal…and it can be any part of an animal. Meat and bone meal could be dead whole cows, horses, dead zoo animals, roadkill, supermarket garbage meat, recycled grease from restaurants, and even euthanized dogs and cats, the flea collars and tags are still attached while the animals are cooked. Any and all of these animals are ground, cooked and turned into a powder called “meat and bone meal.”

We fed our chihuahua two bowls of Science Diet and it died. Thinking it was something else, we gave the rest of the bag to my brother in law who,s dog nearly died after 1500 dollars of vet bills. Our dog now eats nothing from a bag or a can. We make it ourselves

November 29th, 2009 at 7:10 pmWow thats disgusting.Top quality dog foods fill your dog up quicker so they won’t each as much and theres less stomach issues and diarreaha.I’d preffer making my own dog food using gravy,beef,lamb chop,chicken (cooked of coarse),yogurt(unflavored),oats,barley and rice.All of those ingredients can be made into some great food for your dog to give him or her a healthy meal once in awhile.
