BARF diet – (bone and raw food diet) – Rosie my Pigbull

Rosie has had tons of skin issues with different dog foods/kibbles—even prescription dog food, so I finally resorted to the Raw Food Diet—we are on our first week…so far, so good. She is finally just learning how to handle a chicken drumstick and actually eat it!

I noticed she likes turkey necks/meat best….she likes bone marrow–but other beef cuts/bones, NO — she like pork neck also- this IS working for Rosie

November 13th, 2009 at 12:09 pmOh she’s gorgeous! I just switched all of my babies over to a raw diet after learning the horrors of commercial pet food, and losing 6 of my cats in the past week. My remaining cats are doing great with it, but my two dogs are not so sure about all this. I have to hand or spoon feed them bit by bit, so I sympathize. I’m glad things are going well with Rosie, she’s such a beauty.

her skin is clearing up amazingly well.
no more bad breath! smaller amount of poop and not as smelly as before
she LOVES turkey necks and bone marrow—which I give her as treat after her meals…I’ll have to post new videos soon…
